Papergang – the stuff of stationery dreams! This month’s subscription has lovely items from Susan Castillo who is a photographer based in the UK who uses her photos to create amazing designs. This month it’s dark palm tree leaves and it works a treat!
I’ve got to be honest here, I’m not entirely impressed by this month’s box. Don’t get me wrong I love the palm tree print and the overall style of the box but it was just a bit lack lustre.
This is what was included:
- 1 x Blue marble pen
- 1 x Susan Castillo 2017 Diary
- 1 x Riso printed calendar postcard
- 1 x Greeting card – designed by Sandra Deickman
Firstly is the diary which is made of a flexible linen material and has copper trim edge on the pages which make it look modern and stylish. The print is has lovely dark greens and durability which will (hopefully) last the whole year.
The pen is just amazing! The marble print will match my marble notebook that I received in September’s box and the writing has a nice glide which will come in handy at work. There was a greetings card with a lion illustration and the usual calendar postcard to clip onto the clipboard.
I don’t think I will ever tire of rose gold/copper! It seems to be on everything from stationery to jewellery and I bloody love it – long may it continue!
Susan Castillo is a freelance photographer who really pushes the boundaries with her photos. She plays with light and texture to create images and designs that almost have a graphic design look to them.
