Papergang – September Subscription

Alright stationery lovers it’s that time again – Papergang time. I think you’re gonna love September’s box because it’s got a helluva lot of goodies. First and foremost the packaging is blue dip dye so I was instantly excited when it arrived in the post. So let’s get stuck in! ( I apologise for my repetitive images and my new succulent plant – I got over excited)

So inside this month’s box included:

  • Weekly turquoise ombre planner
  • 1 x sheet of gift wrap paper
  • 2 x greetings cards
  • 1 x calendar postcard
  • Post it note pad

I fell in love straight away with the weekly planner. I’ll be honest I’ve fallen off the wagon when it comes to planning and actually using my diary – it all starts off well with good intentions but slowly disintegrates. BUT this beautiful little gem is exactly what I was after. A plain undated diary with just enough space for writing what needs done and space at the side for appointments etc. It’s simple, effective and even has a zip-lock at the back to store stuff in.

The gift wrap paper is designed by British Illustrator Jessica Willan. Its features fun colourful animals complete with celebratory hats. I think it’s a bit quirky and will be doing a post all about Jessica and her other works in a couple days. To complete the box is a little post it pad with “let’s get this sh*t done!” humorous and useful – just wish I worked in an office to properly use it, ah well life goes on.

Hope you enjoyed a brief review of this month’s box and if you would like to sign up for one yourself just head over to the website here. Follow me on Bloglovin’ and find some other great blogs to read and inspire. As always thanks for reading!

Beautiful Barcelona

I’ve just come home from a wonderful little family holiday to Spain. Whilst we were situated in a bog standard resort in Salou we decided to have a day trip to Barcelona. It took about an hour and a half to get there but it was worth every minute. I fell in love with this city – the culture, the hussle and bussle, the food, but most of all the art.

Gifts – Magpie

There’s so much about being British that is pretty great – drinking tea, beautiful landscapes and a vast array of wildlife but none so great as our high street shopping. So it’s no surprise that there are some incredible gift suppliers out there and I so happened to find a gem –

Interiors – Marks & Spencer

Every so often I like to have a little wander around home-ware stores and dream of one day having a big mansion with lots of beautiful things and stunning furniture. But I am pretty sure that isn’t going to happen so I take pictures, ogle at the patterns and perhaps write a blog post.
