Textiles – A Rum Fellow

It’s been a while since I posted so apologies but today I am talking about a great design company that I found called A Rum Fellow.

Filled with wonderful geometric patterns and an ethic for rewarding talented people this company is something to talk about. A Rum Fellow is a London based design studio founded by Caroline Lindsell and Dylan O’Shea who’s plan was created a company based on 3 main principals – design, quality and integrity.

They regularly update collections which are inspired by British explorers taking in the country’s finest traditional designs and spinning it into the company’s “uncommon style”. They team together specialist Maya textile artists and the finest furniture makers from England to createΒ high quality pieces.

I have taken a small sample of the pieces that really caught my eye. I love the bright colours they use and how using contrasting or harmonious tones helps create the right feel of the textile patterns. Have a look at their website here.

Thanks for reading!
