I was recently lucky enough to win a year’s subscription to the fantastic Uppercase Magazine. I can’t remember where I found this little gem but I am so glad that I did! The magazine is full to the brim of interesting articles, inspiring images and the feel of someone who has a passion about all things creative.
“UPPERCASE is a small, independent publisher of books and magazines for the creative and curious: products that spark the imagination and inspire creativity. Founded in 2009, UPPERCASE is loved by readers around the world and has been recognized for its design excellence.”
A quarterly magazine that is solely run by one pretty awesome lady – Janine Vangool. She has a background in Graphic Design as well as being a book seller, a gallery curator, greetings cards seller and has even sewn her own products for retail.
I don’t want to give too much of the issue away because I feel it’s important to keep all the lovely content to avid readers and subscribers. Although I did enjoy particular aspects of this issue including the article about recycling doors to create art and an interview about an upcoming film about graphic design.
In a world of digital chaos you would be crazy not to sign up to this beautifully printed magazine – just click here.
Thanks for reading!
